Embryo transfer Thursday

Got my 3rd embryo transfer on Thursday. Been doing well staying positive up until now. As it gets closer I feel ill at the thought of going through the failed cycle again

Try and stay positive. Keep off Google and don't test early is my advice. It is so hard as I'm gearing up to doing my second transfer and I don't feel like I will ever be ready but you know you've got to try to have a chance and we are all here to try. I know, I tested early the last 2, in my head I felt I just knew it hadn’t worked but probably did make it worse. Have been feeling better as taken some time off work but the thought of going back to being so low if it doesn’t work is awful. X

I completely understand how you feel. You will get through it whatever happens. Just wish this process was easier/kinder. I'm really hoping it all works out. Are you having a medicated FET? Xx

Yeah this is a frozen cycle and putting 2 back this time. A vodka would be good right now lol x

I have to say I have really enjoyed having a drink again. For the last 6 months IVF has ruled my life. I'm going to have one put in next time and if that fails I will be having two in regardless of what my consultant says!!! I have everything crossed and I hope you can get through these next few days without being too anxious xx

I have my transfer either Wednesday or Thursday. It’s my only good embryo from 3 banking rounds, so I’ll be very nervous too! Wishing for success for you xx
