Hi Lexigrace2017. I was so sorry to read this, as it is such a distressing condition. I think what you have is a condition called vaginismus, where the vagina reacts violently to any kind of penetration. You could also have an oestrogen (female hormone) deficiency too. You must go and see your GP who will refer you to a specialist that can help you with this problem. I hope you soon find some help and the problem starts to resolve itself. Diane

Is there anything to worry about? I'm trying for a baby and I'm on letrozole 2.5mg can this problem stop me getting pregnant xx

Hi. The heading of your post suggests that you have had one of your Fallopian tubes removed. The drug letrozole will help you to ovulate each month, but you won’t know from which ovary, so it can take longer to conceive, providing that you are managing to have sex. If this doesn’t work, then you may have to try IVF. Diane

Oestrogen cream might help with your vaginal dryness. Diane
