Completely normal! Try to rest up and if you have things you must do, pick them off in bite sized chunks. Congratulations!!xx

Thank you xx

I am the same - I am 8 weeks 5 days.

I am napping as much as I can and out of it by 9 every night.

I can't recommend any cure I think it is a common symptom of first trimester. I am trying to listen to my body and rest while I can.

Me too - I had an interview yesterday and started to cry when I woke up - then caught sight of myself and started to laugh :) I have grey hairs and cannot dye my hair because of the chemicals which sounds so so superficial - but it is killing me! ;)

I am so blessed to be in this position so I cannot complain.

Just listen to your body and don't feel guilty taking rests and avoiding social situations if you are too tired.

It is meant to pass after 12 weeks - fingers crossed :)

I am unemployed at the moment as I took a break after redundancy for IVF - and cannot understand how people work during first trimester. Much respect to people who do. Especially if they already have kids to look after.

I am definitely not a super woman. I found this article yesterday it is quite old - but struck a cord - theguardian.com/lifeandstyl...

Just crash after work if you can and get early nights.

I know - made me feel so much better. Before I got a BFP - I said I will eat so healthy etc etc and now I just eat toast and take my vitamin tablets ;)

Tell me about it. I have gone off everything apart from funnily enough bread, butter and potatoes. Veg is the devil's food and I loved veg! I can still eat fruit so just try to make sure i have some every day to keep things moving ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚xx

I feel your pain, but it does get better! I think I got to about 12/13 weeks and started to feel a bit more energy creeping in. Now, I'm 28 weeks with twins and I see snails overtaking me when out walking! In the first trimester I used to drive to my bus stop (literally 1/2 mile away) and leave my car there. Would come home from work, veg on sofa, fall asleep, eat some dinner then go to bed. The struggle is definitely real. Wouldn't trade it for anything though, no matter how s**t I feel. Hope it eases up soon for you xx

I'm exhausted too, and I'm that 'super woman' (although I feel anything but, I get through day by day) who is working and commuting into London and I have a 4 year old, I'm soooooo tired, I want to curl up and sleep, wake up for food and water, watch some Netflix and then sleep again.

It is normal and it is so much worse than anyone warns you about! You just have to get loads of sleep! I was going to bed at 7:30 each night in the first trimester.
