So tired!

Hi everyone, I'm 4dp2dt and I'm just exhausted!

I fall asleep all the time - and not for a respectable 30 minute nap, but for hours! Anyone else feeling like this??

Ditto. I am wrecked since I started my meds progynova and cyclogest. Had my transfer on Friday and I just want to stay in bed and fall asleep listening to music/ podcasts and no matter how long I sleep for I want to sleep.. so forcing myself to go out for a walk now 🙈🙈

It's common, meds & emotional toll. I would just let yourself sleep if u have the time as it can't do u any harm! Make sure u get some fresh air to tho x good luck xxx

Hi helsroo. Oh dear! Could just be the progesterone if you are using it. Make sure you drink plenty of water, and hopefully you will soon pick up again. Good luck! Diane
