Has anyone else had an enlarged gland show up in their uterus during FET stims?

So I’m only a few days away from egg collection (this is our 3rd IVF attempt) but have had a strange gland showing up on the scans for the last few days. My consultant thinks it’s just a blocked gland and not a cyst so isn’t going to cancel.

Other than this my cycle has been going really well so far and i’ve been responding to the stim drugs and although my lining is thin it’s not as thin as it usually is! Just wondering if anyone else has something similar with a weird gland just showing up and what happened?
