Progesterone gel

Has anyone or is anyone using progesterone gel? I’ve been smug for just over a week because I’ve not really been getting any of the messy discharge and then today a massive lump came up 🤮 Is this normal?

Yes this is completely normal! The residue from the gel collects inside you so you will get lumps coming away. I ended up self cleaning every few days, you'll be surprised how much gathers up there....sorry if TMI!xx

Your mind always goes to worse case scenario but thanks for replying. It does calm me down when I know people have experienced the same.

Hi Cjem18. Yes, it's an unfortunate side effect and happens with pessaries occasionally too. Nothing to worry about unless it becomes smelly. Good luck! Diane

Yes, I had this too. Minging! Like Cinderella, I ended up self cleaning & resorted to using panty liners. X

2nd question I’ve been getting AF type cramps and nausea. I’m half way through my 2ww. Trying not to panic.

I didn't have nausea but I honestly thought my period was about to show up a few days before my test date. I definitely had AF type cramps ( & some slight dizziness) . Was so shocked to see a BFP 🙂 x
