eek - donor cycle is actually happening.

Arrived in the UK yesterday from NZ so currently in a crazy jetlagged haze. Just got an email from the clinic in Spain informing me when to stop the pill which must mean they have found the donor. Slightly freaked out that there is a woman out there going through IVF for us.

All very strange and can't believe it is happening. To top it all off my Dad died suddenly just over a week ago so we've come back to the UK earlier than planned and now trying to balance an overseas IVF cycle, arranging a funeral and being back home all at the same time.

Wishing you all the best on your journey. Sorry to hear about your dad xx

Wow. Welcome to the sunny UK. I am so sorry to read about your dad. That must be really hard to cope with along with everything else. Sending you big hugs hugs and love for your loss.

Where in spain are you going? I am sure there will be hints and tips galore on here about where to fly to, how to get to the clinic, where to stay etc.

Thinking of you all at this time xxx

Thanks for your thoughts. I am pretty calm considering everything that is going on.

Just trying to deal with things separately.
