Annoyed and frustrated

Can't get through to fertility clinic at Edinburgh royal infirmary. Tried calling them past few days and today but no answer. I am feeling frustrated as I need to know if I am on the ivf waiting list as I haven't received any letter to confirm this and not knowing is driving me crazy. Anyone k ow when best to call and how long it took before you received a letter to confirm you are on the list. Pls help😞

I think there are only certain times of day that they answer - like after 2? It was a long time ago that I went there though. Good luck and hope you don't have too much time to wait xx

I was able to get them yesterday afternoon and I was told it takes up to 12 weeks to get a letter🙄

Hey that’s definitely right, we got agreed to be out on the waiting list following our appointment at Edin RI on 18th Dec & I didn’t get the letter till beginning Feb 2018, I called to double check too - no idea what the hold up was! Xx
