Failed Ivf cycle in April

Hi everyone it's been a while, I just had failed Ivf cycle recently I heard that ubiquinol helps to boost egg quality and I 41years. Where can I get it and how much becau I live in South Africa please help I want to prepare for my next cycle.

Hi There, I am on my 1st round and took ubiquniol 600mg daily you can get it on amazon or in most health stores - it is super expensive so prepare yourself. I got the 300mg tablets so that I just had to take 2 per day. Took it 3 months before my egg collection and stopped after.

I have no evidence it worked - but no harm to take it in any case.

My egg quality was good when I had my collection so I was happy.

I don't know whether this cycle has worked yet though

You could look in dischem or clicks I am sure you will be able to find. Also check health stores.

I bought mine on amazon.co.uk, not sure if they would deliver to SA? Sorry I can’t remember how much.
