High NK cells question for friend

Hi lovely people please can anyone help. A friend of mine has had a few Ivf cycles that unfortunately were BFN's. She had testing done for high nk cells and the tests came back High.

Her question is when should she re test after her last dose of intralipid? she has had 3 doses of Intralipid and prednisone 20 mg for a month?

I have high nk cells but was never retested I just had prednisalone and intralipids from et to 12 weeks. I had intralipid day of et then at 8 and 12 weeks. Xx

Ive not had the intralipids but if I ever get to transfer Im having intralipids before transfer then every 4 weeks after up to around 12 weeks was recommended to me.xx

Hi lovely.

I had my nk cells tested 2 years ago and my result was slightly raised so my fertility specialist has authorised me to take prednisone during the first 12 weeks of a pregnancy. I haven’t needed to repeat the test either.

I can’t comment on intralipid as I didn’t need to use that as it wasn’t that high.

Hey hun I was testsed at warick and covenrty hospital for nk cells. My first test came back as high and my second test came back as normal. I was told to take 20 mg from day of transfer for predisnole. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and have my scan next week. Praying everything is ok as I have no symptoms. X
