Right, so I have just reread my letter again. And it says 'take a pg test on day 14 post embryo transfer, (Day 1, being day of your embryo transfer)'

So am I actually 12dp5dt?? I've been counting it the day after transfer. My transfer was Saturday 14th April.

Can anyone who isn't as daft as me clarify? Haha. I'm still phoning Friday, I'll just say its is the right day!

Thanks Emma. I just spoke to my husband and he is sure the nurse said day one is the day after transfer, but this letter contradicts that. So I'm going with what the letter says!! Haha. Xx

Maybe buy 2 tests so you can do one fri and one sat.😁

It’s so strange how everyone is given different test days I had to wait 16 days after transfer and that was for both a fresh and frozen cycle

I've already done 8 tests hahahaha. I've literally gone crazy! I have four more, going to do the clearscore one that says how many weeks on Fri. I'll still do another one on Saturday and then I may have a break from them... 😂

It is mental how some people have really early test dates, they get bloods etc and others have to wait even longer!! All I want is the nurse to say congratulations, I'll book you a scan! Lol. Xx

With us day one has always been the day after. Either way, it’s irrelevant, your test is perfectly reliable at this stage xx

Yeh that's what I've always believed. I'll still do it from the day after transfer. But the letter is saying about testing, with day one being first day to count from. So I am definitely phoning back Friday and will stand my ground! Lol Thank you, you're right my test is and I'm not allowing her to say it isn't and it's too early and can be hcg trigger. That's just ridiculous! 💙 Xx
