Hi ladies, 👋🏻I really need to know if this happened to someone else and the result?
So, from January to March, I didn’t get a period, them in mid March go period induced by Provera that my GP prescribed.
After that, end of March beginning of April, I used Clearblue OPK and never got a peak, went from low to high until I finished all my sticks.🤔
Now, my period is 14 days later (as per my 21 days cycle since I stopped the pill over a year ago), already took 2 pregnancy tests and they were negative. I’ve been having cramping on the lower left side and had spotting 2 days 😷 ago after sex.
I’ve been really stressed at work and with the house, plus TTC and not sure of this is affecting my ovulation. I was referred to a fertility clinic to see what’s going (I’m 35 and TTC 🤰🏻 #1) and the appointment is in May but wanted to know if anyone else has been through the same and what happened?
Please let me know ❤️

Hi Aefemera, I had something similar happen two years ago. Did your GP do any blood work? In particular your FSH, LH, thyroid? That can give them an indication and also a transvaginal scan to determine any polyps etc. For me it turned out I had premature ovarian failure/early menopause.
I’m 38 now I was 36 when this happened and I am now 5 weeks pregnant. However, I did have to use donor eggs as the quality of mine were not sufficient. However there a number of women in the same position as me who have been able to use their own eggs as well.
Were your blood tests taken on day 2-3 of your period? And your progesterone would need to be checked on day 21.
What I find weird is that I’ve been having cramps for over a week and period did g show up, ovulation doesn’t show up on tests and pregnancy test comes up negative...
Try to your best not to stress, you are doing everything to investigate the issue. Stress doesn’t help periods at all, it makes it worse. Hang tight until May and repeat the tests and see if they will do a scan to look for polyps, fibroids etc.
