Has anyone had IVF with donated sperm??
If so how was the treatment different to using partners sperm?

I haven’t but my friend had a little boy through donor sperm and the process for her body was basically exactly the same as for me using my partner’s sperm. They’re very happy with their family now. I just thought I would let you know about a happy ending with donor sperm x
