Anybody having the IVF ICSI with sperm donor?

Hi everyone 😊, have literally just done my first Gonal F injection 😬😊, anyone here in the same position as me?. So nerve wracking but has to be done of course. I will be doing IVF with ICSI for the first time using a sperm donor. So excited about my journey. Would be great to speak with others on the same path as me

I did my first injection (of my 2nd IVF round) last night. About to do the second one tonight, and 1st scan on Monday. Are you on a short protocol? When do they want you in for a scan? I'm also doing ICSI but not with a donor. Wishing you good luck!! 😄

They want me to take Gonal F injections 450 units for the next 4 days then I am scheduled for blood test wednesday and thursday to have a scan 😬😄. I'm sure my clinic have told me but now wondering how long exactly will I need to take all of my medication 😬😬🤔😀

I'm taking Gonal F too. I think the average is for about 10 to 12 days in total and then trigger shot. I just took my 3rd injection this evening, I'm sure I won't be able to sleep thinking about my scan tomorrow!! 😬😱 Hope everything is going ok with yours! 😊

Hey, I’m also doing ivf ICSI with donor sperm. I was meant to start medication last week but been set back due to thickness lining. Hoping all is well at another base line on Thursday. 😇

Hi lisa, it's quite long process isn't it 😬😊. Fid my first gonal f injection lastnight, was quite funny as I kept looking at the needle thinking oh my god 😂😂😂 then when I eventually plunged it in, it wasnt that bad at all. Could not even feel it 👍😊

I’m on day two of Gonal F, long protocol. Also using a donor and ICSI! Two scans next week Wednesday and Friday and hopefully egg collection on 16th!

Worried about egg collection, scared it’s going to hurt! 🙈

You sound exactly like me 😬😬😀. I am also doing ivf with icsi and donor. Sooo nervous about egg collection day 😬😬. Checking youtube videos on how to ensure it's not so bad after tips 😬😊
