Ive taken a little time out and after speaking to my counsellor which definitely was beneficial have been focusing on myself (something I’m really not use to doing) and getting myself in a better head space. Some moments I think I’m doing well and others I’m right back at the beginning but for now I’m okay about that!
AF has finally arrived and today I start taking the steroids in preparation for my natural FET, will also ring the clinic to book my scan in. For now all I can do is keep everything crossed I actually ovulate! 🤞
Unfortunately my poor Tilly’s X-ray showed more damage to her knee than we initially thought so it’s likely she’ll be having surgery soon. I spoke to the vet about my concerns and when the time comes I know il be an anxious mess but I’m trying not to think about that to much yet.
Congratulations to everyone who’s got their BFP’s as I think I’ve missed a few.
To everyone who’s had BFN’s or is still on this journey waiting to start treatment or taking a break - hang in there you’re stronger than you think xx

So glad you're ready to start the next steps in your journey. It's natural that you'll feel anxious about it but I will be keeping everything crossed for you.
I'm sorry to hear about Tilly. I hope her operation goes well when the time comes - I'm sure she'll be in good hands.
Take one day at time with both situations - I find that helps with sanity!
Thank you, your right about the one day at a time - sometimes I just take the morning and then the afternoon. I kind of thought if I don’t start my cycle now will I ever and now AFs arrived I’ve got that ready feeling. How are you doing? Xx
It's good that you feel ready for it. It's scary having to start over again, especially when you've already endured such heartache, but you're stronger than you think. Wishing you all the luck in the world. Xx
sorry about tillie. .I do hope she will be ok..poor wee thing. right as for round 5. .it was a natural fet for us on round 5 and a bfp so I say 5th time lucky is good and so hope it works for you too....I have everything crossed xxxx
is this your first natural? it was our 2nd but our transfer on our first fet was the issue and why we got a bfn. I truly believe natural is better..much better on your body. I am ok..12 week scan a week today and can't wait xxx
Yeah my other 2 FETs were both medicated and unsuccessful so I don’t have much faith in FETs tbh but I’m telling myself this time is different so worth a try. Ah how exciting, can’t believe where the times gone! Xx
How funny, I logged on thinking of you and here was your post! Wishing you so much luck with round 5. I really hope Tilly’s operation goes well too xxx
Ahhh lovely to hear that you feel ready to go again and Im glad the counselling has helped. I think we all get good and bad days so good for you moving forward!! Sorry to hear that the news about Tilly is a bit worse than expected, Im sure she'll be in good hands! Look forward to seeing your updates!xx
Focused is definitely good! Im ok ta, my thyroid levels and prolactin levels are both reducing but not enough to warrant planning my next transfer yet. Had a melt down thinking Im never gonna get there and totally blew things out of proportion but Im doing ok now. Joined the gym to give me something to focus on until my bloods are sorted. Next blood test in 2 weeks so Im getting there!xx
Ah sorry to hear that, can understand your frustrations but hopefully your next blood test will show they’ve reduced even more! 🤞I went back to the gym last week to, can’t believe how much it helps my frame of mind xx
Im a gym virgin but Im quite enjoying it and yes I think that it is making me feel better and a bit more positive working on me rather than just hanging around....feel like Im doing something good to help! Thank you, yes fingers crossed.xx
Good luck with round 5. Your very strong. I just wanted to ask you about the councillor sessions? I start round 2 on Saturday and I’ve been thinking about seeing a councillor. Wasn’t sure if it will be beneficial? X
Thank you, yeah I’ve found it really beneficial I think it is all about finding the right counsellor as I feel like this time I’ve been giving a few coping strategies to. Good luck for Saturday xx
I'm so happy to read this hun, you are stronger than you know, 💗
All the emotions are going to come flooding in over the next few weeks but you'll get through it and you know you have huge support here we're all rooting for you, I'm sorry about Tilly she'll be fine and in the right hands she'll bounce back hun. Your there for each other lots of TLC from you shell be loving it. 🙂
Take each day as it comes go through the motions and keep smiling you will do this and I pray you get the rainbow🌈 you so deserve. Big hugs and lots of love hun 💖😘
Thank you, I’m definitely following the take each day even sometimes morning then afternoon as it comes. My biggest problem is trying to pre plan everything which completely messes with my anxiety.
Bless ya small steps hun is the way forward, try not to concentrate on what's hard but try see it as something you will take head on and once you've dealt with the problem it's another thing acheived onwards and upwards, you'll get there anxiety is not nice Its what's stopped me from doing a lot of things in life but once you over come those fears no matter how big or small it's a huge milestone, your doing everything you can hun don't put to much pressure on yourself. 💖
Got another scan on Friday starting to feel better also so that's coming with it's own worries.
I really hope this is the round that works and you have a smooth run! Sending you all the positive vibes and my are fingers crossed for you!! Look after yourself x x x
Really pleased to hear you're feeling a bit better and I have everything crossed for you lovely. Sorry to hear about Tilly, I hope she feels better soon. Sending love and BIG hugs ❤ xxx
