Hi Everyone, just a general question, for a while now probably over a year my periods have become really dark, it doesn't look like blood its almost black and quite thick, sometimes ill get a normal colour but it is mostly brown/black and more like thick discharge. any idea?

Sounds like stangnat blood common symptom with endo xxx

Oh really? I have regular periods though if you have endo u don’t have regular ones do you?x

Iv got endo and my periods are bang on 28 days so that's not true your cycles can get disrupted not necessarily though xxz

You could just have stagnant blood though, I think there's many reasons for it just I do know it's a symptom with endo xxx

I do have terrible bloating quite a lot too x

Well I went on Monday as been having bad tummy having blood tests for Celiac etc, next Monday I have my next hospital appointment and goin to ask for a laparoscopy as I been ttc over two years and not even a sniff lol x

Yes they will get you thrown here there and everywhere I think a lap is the next port of call for you defo. Good luck hun hope you get answers soon xxx

Hi I have regular periods every 28 days and I have endo. Definitely have a laparoscopy to rule/treat endometriosis. Good luck at your appointment xoxo
