Don’t know how to feel 😕

Morning ladies!

I don’t know how to feel this morning.

AF has arrived! This is my first natural period after stopping Norethisterone (I don’t count the last one as it should happen after stopping it) and it’s the 30th day of my cycle today.

Do I dare hope that my cycle is getting some sort of regularity back!?

I can’t help but feel a little disheartened though that it’s not a tiny human I’m growing instead 😔 maybe next time 🤞🏼

Hi, I know exactly how you feel, each month you dare to get your hopes up and then AF turns up and it sends you crashing back down! I get annoyed with myself for thinking it might happen this month but you have to have hope and belief that one day it will be our turn.

It sure is, very unfair but you can do this, one day at a time. You are stronger than you think xx
