On day 5 of menopur & feeling very emotional today tears keep coming out of nowhere for no reason. I’m quite overloaded at work so I think I’m just feeling a little overwhelmed with everything that’s going on, hormones don’t help either.
I have a scan tomorrow, the hospital is quite a way away so I’m starting to worry about the weather too and being able to get there.
In summary, I’m in a bit of an emotional worry cycle and can’t seem to get past it
Any tips or happy thoughts welcome 😊
Xx

Tip 1: think happy thoughts! Get home put your pjs on, get some chocolate and relax. Plan your route out and what time you’ll need to leave in the morning and leave good time to make it. Have a look if there’s a coffee shop nearby in case you’re early.
Tip 2: remember you’re not the first and won’t be the last woman to experience these hormonal bursts of tears xx
Going to wrap up and take a walk to the shops get some nice food (including chocolate) and then get snuggled in the warm for the night - hoping the fresh air will do me some good
I think it’s normal, definitely fits with my past experiences anyway. Sometimes it just helps to feel it’s normal. Get plenty of fresh air and ask colleagues for help with workload if necessary xx
