My friend went to abc fertility in London as it was only £2500 per cycle. I don't know much about them as they are quite new I think and I'm a bit wary about the fact they store the eggs differently to normal clinics but she was really happy with them so worth looking into.

I'm with Oxford fertility under the access fertility 3 cycle 100% refund programme and can't recommend them highly enough but I know that's not in London x

Hi Hun! Navigating the fertility world like a deep dark pit! I wasted about ;

£2000 on consultation fees just visiting clinics. In the end I went with Zita West in Marylebone. Not sure where you are based but I think find one that’s on your route to work because during the stimulation phase I had to go every other day for blood tests and scans and I had to do this before work (I work in Canary Wharf) so it’s a bit of a trek. What I like abou Zita west it really is a personalised service. The nurses are switched on are the receptionists. If They say Dr George will call you back! He calls back even if it’s after 5. I went to another clinic before I went to Zita west and it broke me... I walked away in tears every time being just another client. - just another file...

We narrowed our list down to Zita west, IVI and London Bridge. iVI is quite new and had a cutting edge facility and the bridge clinic. On the day we went for a scan and were ready to pay to book out treatment - one of the admin staff left us in the waiting room and the. Forgot about us! We sat for nearly 2 hours until my husband had the humpf and insisted we leave! same with Bridge centre. After a good consultation we were like let’s go hear. Hubby dropped them a note asking about next steps in Nov and to date never heard back...as it was my first time at IVF and after my experience at the other clinic (where we had two iui) I really felt I need a more nurturing approach and where it was all about me.. hence I chose Zita west. I should say the place where I did blood tests was around the corner - say 10 min walk from the place we did scans. So that was a little annoying when I was short on time! Hope this helps
