I am looking for London based IVF clinics that specialise in diminshed ovarian reserve. My husband and I are about to start our 1 and only nhs funded round next week and I want to be prepared to move quickly if it doesn't work. I'm 33 and my amh is 4.2, I also have endo.
Much love to you all xxx

The Lister specialise in women with DOR. While no clinic is perfect, I’ve done all my cycles with them and out of 3 transfers I’ve had 2 BFPs (one MMC and other I’m still waiting for my viability scan) so I can’t say I’m dissatisfied with the results. It’s just a busy clinic with a lot of patients so sometimes it feels a bit impersonal. I think their embryology team is fantastic.
Thank you! No, not diagnosed with DOR but my AMH is on the lower side of normal for my age (32) I’ve not had it re-tested because I figure it’s only ever going to go down which will just stress me out and not change the way they’re treating me . I never get amazing egg numbers. The Lister have a good reputation for taking on women that other clinics might not because it could affect their statistics xx
Will be very interested to see how you get on as I also have low ovarian reserve and aged 33. Good to hear you got funding - I am patiently waiting for funding decision and unsure I will get it due to my low AMH. Wish you all the best for your first round!! Xxx
Thank you for your encouraging response. Can I ask what treatment they put you on. They are suggesting menopur for me, but I thought they always try Gonal F first as it can yield more eggs? Xxx
Hi Shadiya, I’m also looking into Guys. They have a private clinic and also personalised care, a little more expensive (still cheaper than a lot of London clinics) where you see the same Dr throughout and they perform all of your scans and procedures x
