Beetroot juice 2ww

Hiya

I have been drinking beetroot pure and Pom juice mixed together for the last month or longer.

Anyone know if beetroot juice is ok to drink in the 2ww?

Hi Diane, I have been drinking beetroot juice before my nature FET last month, and I also tried acupuncture. I got BFP. It worked for me, so I guess beetroot juice is fine.

Ive had a google Tamtam as I was going to try that for implantation and to help my lining and it looks ok from what Ive read too. Just out of interest, where do you get fresh beetroot juice?xx

I buy the Pom juice and beet jouoce form

Holland and Barrett either Eden brand as 100% organic or beet it and mixed together taste quite nice too

Hey

I drink a mixed tall glass of Pom juice and beetroot half and half each morning.

Also to assist my lining and uterus have been having a cup of raspberry leaf tea

Will stop drinking tea day before transfer and drink a glass of beet and Pom x 2 morning and evening x
