Having FET next week. Have read it helps circulation, blood flow and thus implantation. Can’t say I’ve come across cartons of this stuff in with the fruit juices at the supermarket, but then again maybe I wasn’t looking for it!!
Can anyone help? x

No idea about the beetroot juice I’m afraid but I think pomegranate juice does the same thing and has to taste better surely?!
Good luck with the search. Xx
Indeed! 😳
I used normal beetroot and blended it into a smoothie, I think u can buy the actual juice from Holland and Barrett x
Tesco and asda do it lovely 💝😘
Asda sell it in the juice aisle lovely x
My husband buys it from Sainsbury’s xx
Tesco and Sainsbury's. I preferred the Cawston press but there's also an organic one by James White. Still nice, just slightly more earthy. X
M&S does it, I’m not sure I enjoyed it though!😂😂xx
Ocado/Waitrose or Holland & Barrett’s. It’s an acquired taste... I dilute it with water or apple juice xx
Thanks all. Not sure I’ll cope with the taste - but will try it, failing that the pomegranate! x
Tesco do one Called 'beet it'. It's organic and not from concentrate. 90% beetroot juice, 10% apple. Still tastes yuck though!
For my fresh transfer, I ate 2 massive pineapples over the course of about 6 days, including the core. I also ate a pomegranate (really nice mixed with Greek yoghurt). Can’t say if it helped, but I am 5 weeks today and didn’t have to drink beetroot juice - bonus!
Congratulations! 💕
I used pineapple with core the last 3 transfers - all BFP. This time is ‘All New’ 😂 new clinic, donor eggs, different protocol, so figured try a different remedy too 🤞🏼😃 ha! xx
I did beet juice and organic Brazil nuts! X
Oh! I ate MacDonald's chips after transfer too 🙈
Now this is one I can manage! 😜 remind me, what’s the thinking behind that?? x
To be honest, I have no idea but I wasn't going to argue. It seems it was done following ER initially as the salt absorbed excess fluid and could help with OHSS, but then people started eating them after transfer! I'm pregnant so it obviously did no harm! X
