6 weeks Preg and cramping

This is the first time Iv made it too 6 weeks. I’m getting really bad cramps but no bleeding.

Is this normal? Getting worried as all my previous ended in MC

I got lots of cramps and some quite painful . I always expected blood but didn’t get any thank the Lord ! I still get them now and I’m 14 weeks . I think it’s just everything stretching . Try not to worry although easier said than done - because I’m constantly worrying !!! x x x

Hi there, if it is just mild cramping and no bleeding it should be fine. I am about the same as you (nearly 6 weeks) and have cramps on and off, like mild period pains. I remember having them when I was pregnant with my daughter and it was all completely fine. Of course if you are really worried, it’s always best to get checked out. Have you had your scan yet?

Congratulations on your pregnancy too. I did phone the clinic and they said as long as there is no bleed then it’s fine. Iv got my scan tomorrow- can’t wait xxx
