How much rest?

We're currently waiting for my LH surge before a natural FET with 2 of our 5 day blastos from our first cycle.

When we had the transfer last year, I didn't go back to work (office job) that afternoon, but was back in the next day and throughout the 2ww.

What does everyone else do? I want to give these little ones the best chance possible....

Hi WaywardGirl. Just the afternoon or overnight should be OK. No heavy lifting or vigorous exercise. Keep to walking for a couple of weeks. Keeping everything crossed for your little frosties. Diane
