How long did you rest after FET

Evening all, just wondered how long you all took off work or stayed at home to rest after FET? Last time I went straight back to work the next day and

Cycle was a negative. Having transfer next week and this is our last chance. I have 5 days off to rest after hoping this will help change our outcome 🤞

Hey there I took a week and it’s as negative. My consultant at the clinic has given me a letter this time recommending two weeks rest and this is purely to help me get Time off work as it’s my personal decision not to work not that I shouldn’t as such! Xx

Thankyou. I am blessed with a daughter who is now 5 and a half yrs old but can’t remember how much time I took then. Good luck xx

I've worked from home during the 2ww as my journey to work is over an hour each way so just helps to remove that stress really x can't say my concentration is the greatest but I'm trying lol x

My fresh transfer- failed when I went straight back to work ( an hour journey one way due to traffic),

before frozen transfer (FET) I took week off ( purely rest and to be stress free)

and after transfer two weeks work from home.

I am 34 weeks pregnant now.

Be stress free and dont do much (hard) work that leads to tiredness and fatigue.

Hope this helps

God bless

Congratulations. Thankyou I am a nanny so can be difficult to rest plus I have my own daughter too. I am hoping with a week after off will give me a better chance than going back to work like I did last time x

My nurse told me to be sensible and don’t do anything to shake up my ovaries etc . I am planning on taking it easy for two weeks , especially silly week 1, and going for fresh air walks when I feel like it. Everyone has different needs, you do what you want to 😘💐

I have an office job, so probably not relevant, but I have done a mixture of going straight back to work up to taking the full two weeks off! I am pretty over-careful about not lifting heavy things and eating the right things etc. just so I don't worry myself that it wasn't anything I did.
