Ttc after unblocked tube

Hi, so me and my parter have been ttc for almost 2 years, I had a laparascooy on the 19th of January, to find out I had one blocked tube on my left and it was attatched to my pelvic wall and ovaries, they removed the scar tissue and fixed it all, and said it should increase my chances but I've not come accross many success stories and was wondering of anyone's story is similar? would love to hear all stories
