Hi lovelies!

Funny question but is it ok if I go up and down the stairs after my ET? our house is 2floor and has 13 stairs, and if it’s ok can I climb up/down as much as I want or try to do it less? Just want be safe xxx

Hi Anna, yes of course this is fine. Just no heavy lifting or vigorous exercise x

That's OK Anna, I know it's gonna be difficult but just try not to stress for the next 2 weeks. I think it's better to do a bit of gentle exercise and just carry on as normal in day to day things. My mum had 5 babies and she said she did not slow down at all when pregnant and she thinks that's why she had 5 very easy births! So be careful, but not too careful! 😆

Thanks Lilli, you’re mum is right! But there is one big different, she got pregnant naturally and got this embryo so hard! Maybe that’s why I’m too careful which is not right. I try to be normal😂 xx

Ha ha! Don't worry, on my first cycle I tried to hoover and my body did NOT like it!! So my poor husband had to do all hoovering from then on 😄 It might sound silly, but I find it therapeutic to talk to the little embryo, make them feel welcome etc. Probably sounds like I'm a nut, but it keeps me calm xx

It’s completely natural to be anxious. Be assured you are doing everything you can to make this work xx

Yes absolutely fine (I wouldn’t be able to get into my flat without going up stairs). Just no heavy lifting or strenuous exercise xx

Your embryo cannot 'fall out'. If it's meant to stick it will.
