So the big day is almost here and I feel really excited! Trying not to get too carried away but relieved that i've actually made it to this point hopefully with embies to freeze, but haven't heard from the embryologist since my call on tues so hoprfully all ok. I also start my steriods tomorrow to try and reduce my natural killer cells 😁 Any last minute tips ladies?! x

All i would say is postive thoughts, lots of box sets or movies, nice treats and and adult colouring books i thought were great for distraction.

Stay postive, the 2ww is defo the hardest bit. Keep as busy as you can and keep believing ❤️

Aww thanks CheshireKit ☺️ Hope the DR is and will go ok this time. I only ever headaches in the days between finishing the tablets and starting the injections. I felt fab on them! good luck too xx

I did meditation tapes before and after embryo transfer this time and whether it was why I got a positive I don't know - but I do know every time before that I was a major stress cadet!
