Had my first scan today for FET! Day 12 of 3 progynova a day - lining was only around 5.6 though!! š Nurse didnāt seem overly concerned at all though, just upped my progynova to 4 a day and re-scan next Fri!! Should I be concerned?! Any tips - Iām already doing pomegranate juice!!

Sorry no advice for you, but at a similar stage. I had day 11 scan and am only at 5.6mm having done 7daysx3 a day 4 daysx4 a day now it's upped to 6 a day...not experienced this before?! Nurse didn't seem concerned as last time my response was great however she did mutter that a change to long protocol may be the answer if my follow up scan nxt Wed doesn't show any improvements!
Same - my nurse seemed very relaxed about it and said itās not unusual a lot of ladies need their dose increased!! Just seems like yet another hurdle!!

Here's hoping but I am now overthinking it, hard not to having had a timeframe in mind and now there's a chance it could all be changed! She waned to scan Fri but we are away so Wed am it is, I'll let you know how it goes. Best of luck with yours šš»
Good news 7.7mm now so good improvement from just 5 days ago! Transfer booked for next Wed(only because Mon&Tues were fully booked already!) Best of luck with yours on Fri xx
Hey, thatās exactly what I had, try eating beetroot that helps apparently! I was eating pickled and wasnāt sure that it would work quite the seem so I drank smoothies with beetroot in too! Good luck x x

Thank u - Iāve been drinking pomegranate juice & had a couple of glasses of beetroot juice through the week!! Maybe I should up the beetroot to daily!! š xx
I just had my first scan, 7mm but they upped me to 6 a day as itās borderline and booked transfer, Iām sure yours will increase ready for your next scan!x

Hi Leo2017, I understand how you feel! I have had problems with thin lining (not solved yet), but I read that many women get upped their estrogen and it works. So no reasons to worry! Very good luck to you, stay optimistic! Apparently it is good to keep moving, e.g. walking (helps blood flow) and massage your lower belly every now and then.

Yes really hoping Iām lucky enough that it does grow to the right level!! š¤š» I also read that last night about movement....nice long walk planned for later!!
My progynova was 3 a day for 7 days then upped to 4 until my lining was thick enough. Sounds like yours has just been upped a little later in your cycle.

I didnāt have a scan prior to it being upped so not sure how much of a difference it made. It seems to be my clinicās standard protocol to up it part way through the cycle as both FET cycles thatās what they have told me to do. Hopefully it makes a difference for you. Whenās your next scan?
Hi, sorry for late reply, I donāt come on here much x I was on the progynova for almost three weeks previous to transfer. I know itās hard but try not to panic, and go overboard with the juices etc. I mentioned to my doctor about pineapple after transfer and he said yes Iāve heard about it. If you want to try it fine but donāt have it every day, your body doesnāt need that much of anything. So obv
My first cycle I did everything by the book, no booze for about 6 weeks, hardly any caffeine, quite strict with food etc. But this cycle fell over Christmas so I definitely wasnāt strict with food and I didnāt stop drinking (I wasnāt drinking a lot obviously!) until around the 27th of dec (transfer 9th of jan), but guess what - I got my bfp officially today. And I swear itās because I was more relaxed. Try to chill and let your body do itās thing, this is what our bodies were made to do - even if we need a bit of sciencey help! Good luck š

Youāre so right Iām just going to try and relax the rest of the week & try take my mind off it!! Fingers crossed Iāll have had some good growth by Fri!!
