Green tea good or bad
They still contain caffeine so make sure you’re not drinking too much caffeine is the main thing imho.
Hi Louise, i think green tea still has caffeine in it so prob best avoided. I went to rooibos (red bush) as not really tea at all, so no caffeine at all! Good luck honey x
Try twinings strawberry and raspberry it’s caffeine free and quite nice x
Hi Louise Yeah I think green tea is high in caffeine so I would avoid it. Stick to decafe or a nice fruity tea xx
I’ve found peppermint tea is a really good post transfer tea to have xx
Nettle or fennel tea are really nice.
My feeling is that you shouldn't make any changes to any normal foods but certainly cut any over do with anything and certain anything that might upset you or over do like sugar, Tea, Coffee etc.
