Hi guys I have cut out coffee completley an still taking de caff tea. I am now starting to feel quite ill an struggling to eat etc ( not that I am complaining at all) but all I can seem to stomach is this tea. Is it ok to drink as many cups of de caff as I want or should I still be limiting it?

Really?? Well that's music to my ears lol. I read there is 4mg caffeine in de caff and you can have up 200mg a day so I'm thinking it cudnt b that bad. Atm I just feel so unwell most of the time an it's all I can face. I'm only 6 weeks and 3 days so it prob will get worse too lol!

De caf has like 2mg per cup. Maximum caffeine recommendation for Pregnancy is 200mg. I think your fine to drink it ☕️ x

I drunk loads of decaf tea and I think it’s fine - sure the decaf tea has less caffeine than decaf coffee. If you’re struggling with morning sickness then I’d drink whatever you can stomach so you stay hydrated.

You can safely have up 200mg daily when pregnant, so think you’ll be fine!

Try to keep yourself hydrated as you’ll need more pregnant especially if you’re suffering morning sickness. If the morning sickness is very bad & you’re struggling to keep anything down your GP can prescribe medication to ease it.

I was very lucky not to suffer with my son or daughter ( this pregnancy).

Hope it eases soon xoxo
