Hi

I have my egg collection tomorrow and I really cannot remember what I took with me last time! I defo took flip flops, water, and a post op snack, but don’t remember what else I took! Any suggestions what I should take?

Hi hun. I took a dressing gown and slippers. I find when I’m nervous or tired (hadn’t slept much the night before EC) that I get really quite cold, so made sure I took a nice warm dressing gown.

Are you on pessaries at all? I was told to take mine with me and to put it in after the EC rather than doing it in the morning.

Good luck tomorrow honey. Hope they’re able to collect lots of lovely eggs for you xx

Did it all go ok?

Yes thank you. 10 eggs collected which are now 6 embryos! So a lot better result than last time when 19 eggs turned into 7 embryos. Fingers crossed that these 6 progress better.
