Omg bless you, I can't really advice you on what to do with your swollen feet but if say get yourself to the A&E just incase you have fracture it's worth getting checked out.. get well soon. Xx
Oh no! Hope it isn’t anything too serious! You’re allowed to take paracetamol but that’s about it. If still swollen this morning I’d suggest heading down to a&e to get it checked out. Hope the pain goes soon!
Thank you. It is easing off. Am so clumsy gonna need wrapping up in cotton wool for the few months
Oh good, glad it's improving!
I did something similar and a&e x-rayed it just in case. When they told me it wasn't a fracture but was torn ligaments instead. I was so relieved until they told me that they are more painful than a fracture and take longer to heal, yes I did want to know that lol!!
If it's feeling better and the swelling is starting to go down today then you should be fine, it's probably a slight sprain rather than anything desperate.
I bet you do things too fast, I used to be like that and was always doing silly things!! If so slow down and huge congratulations on your pregnancy 🤗😘 xxx
Oh poor you! There is so little meds that you can take although paracetanol may help to take the edge of it. Make sure its wrapped up nice and snug in a bandage for support and if its not getting any better you should pop to A & E, no harm in getting it checked out! Hopefully the pain and swelling is a bit better today!xx
