After first failed round I am now looking to round 2 and natural vs medicated. I'd like to do natural and clinic said if I have regular periods then natural should be fine but it is my choice.
With stress of ivf I have had some gaps between cycles of 6 weeks, when I'm not stressed I tend to be pretty regular. Just after people's opinions really.
Am going to do yoga and reflexology and exercise and try to be healthy and relax as much as possible with the plan of doing it naturally but I am of course concerned about being regular and it all going to plan

I would also suggest making sure your ovulating before deciding, I know it might sound obvious but I’ve always had regular periods and then found out I wasn’t actually ovulating.
My consultant said he would love for me to do a natural fet next cycle as it’s a lot less pressure on your body and can be very successful due to everything happening naturally. My miscarriage could of promoted ovulation so I could be considering giving it a go next year 🤞 good luck on whichever you decide xx
I would also suggest making sure you are ovulating. Don't just rely on the blood tests either as it can still be missed. CB ovulation kits showed I was but the bloods didn't. In the end they did a scan and I was so they were able to do a FET and it was a doddle xxx
After one fresh and one medicated fet failed cycles I had natural fet and I got BFP , I didn’t have any medication at all ,just bought digital ovulation test and once I got positive results called the clinic and they booked me 6 days later for embryo transfer, i was in mentally and physically much much better place, just want to add I didn’t have any issues my husband has very low sperm count , good luck in your journey, I wish you BFP as quick as possible 🍀🍀🍀
Hie KB11 i am also strongly considering Natural FET for my next cycle.Pregnancy happens naturally anyway its only that some of us have been unlucky to be facing this challenge. But i feel positive about goin natural next tim,i already have a 12yr old son and have been pregnant 3more times but ended up in misscarriages(ectopic 2 times) which resulted to tubes being removed.I do believe that medication has a negative impact sometimes in fertility treatments.
I had the same dilemma a few months ago and even though ovulation tests showed that I was ovulating, I went for the medicated cycle because I wanted everything to be under control. I thought I'm giving so much money and I have so many hopes on this, so I wouldn't risk the event that those ovulation tests were wrong.
I have had two natural fet’s, first fresh was cancelled due to mild OHSS. Both unfortunately failed. I had 8 good quality frozen 5 day embs and 4 have not survived the thawing proces, which you can imagine was heartbreaking on the day! 3 in one day!
So onwards and upwards there are still two left. Going to have an endo scratch next month then try a medicated fet in Jan. I think its worth a go. I am glad I tried natural first as its so much easier without the meds etc. Fingers crossed it works for you. I think we’ve got to try and be kind to our bodies until we come to a point when we have to try something else! Good luck ladies xx
Hi! I did a natural Fet this month. I just had to test for ovulation and then when I got the surge o went to have the ET 6 days later and got my BFP today! There were times when I doubt it would work and I wondered why I didn’t have a scan to check my lining was ok. It had definitely been less stressful this way. Good luck girls!
