Feeling awful on Menopur can I take anything to ease symptoms

Hi all I'm currently on Menopur and have had an awful headache that has kept me up for most of the night and I've been sick this morning and I don't feel like I can eat. Does anyone know if I'm allowed to take anything? I waiting to hear back from my clinic but wanted to see if anyone had a any advice as i need to continue with menopur until at least sunday xxx

You can take paracetamol if you haven’t done already. I hope you feel better soon xx

You can also take co-codimol if you need something stronger than paracetamol. I used to find that taking painkillers and lying in a hot bath relaxing with my head under the water, (with your nose out so you can breath obviously) really helped me!xx

I also balanced a hot water bottle on my head while lying down. It really helped xx

I had the same, it’s awful isn’t it! I was told to cut caffeine and take paracetamol... I hope it settles for you xxx
