only people in our position will truely understand how all consuming it is, even on the good days my mind is constantly thinking about infertility, ivf, babies, pregnancy.....
every day I seem to do ridiculous things because I'm not with it: Washing my hair with shower gel, taking a flask of coffee to the gym (but not a water bottle) and my personal favourite just now, wearing my bra inside out.... 🙈
I like to think I wasn't always this silly 😆
This made me chuckle, I sat at the petrol station the other day for 5 minutes before I could remember when where the leaver for my petrol cap was 🙈 my brain is officially like mush now xx
Haven't got this brain just now but I have had it before! My personal favourite was when I put my work trousers on and put my pants on top. Thankfully I realised, if I hadn't I might have gone to work looking like a superhero 😂😂😂 xxx
I'm so glad you said this - I spent 2 days last wk thinking someone had snuck into our house & put a phone on the work top...turned out I had put it there when I'd moved it out the way! Thought I was catching my nans dementure! This makes sense though...my mind is not totally on anything I do at the mo xx
I can relate to this. Wonder if anyone can beat what I did -pressing my car key remote instead of my swipe card at work to get out then wondered why the doors didn't open!
I do this at my front door when I’m tired... it started before ttc though, so I must have been crazy even before this crazy!
I’ve also been to work in odd shoes.
Oh this made me laugh, you are right it makes us more than a little forgetful/careless.
Last Tuesday morning I was going into work early, it was dark and I walked smack bang into a lamp post. I have absolutely no idea how I didn’t get concussion as I still have a bruise at the top of my head 🙈x
