After Egg Transfer - is anyone still taking Pre Conception tablets

Hiya, I just wanted to ask if any one is still taking any pre conception medication after having egg transfer x

Hi. Do you mean things like Pregnacare? I took the preconception ones throughout our egg collections and then expected to change straight over to the pregnancy ones after embryo transfer.

However, our clinic advised me to carry on with the preconception ones during the 2ww and then change once we knew if the embryo had stuck. They assured me there wasn't too much difference between the 2 and it wouldn't do me any harm to carry on with the old ones.

I've always changed over to the pregnacare max after ET but as AP88 says there's not much difference between them and your getting the right amount of folic acid in either so I guess it's down to choice x
