Follicle size advice

I'm trying not to worry but had my first stimm scan today and although quantity wise everything looked okay the follicles were ranging from 6-10mm with some smaller than weren't measured. I've been stimming for 7 days and had double doses for the first two days. My next scan is Monday morning with the hope of EC Wednesday. Given they still seem small I'm assuming I'm going to have to stimms for longer. Do they keep getting bigger once you've had trigger? 17mm seems a long way off. : /

Hi ya. I wouldn't worry too much. I had to stim an extra day. They do continue to grow after trigger I believe. Place a hot water bottle on your belly it's suppose to help with growth. Keep positive x

Thanks for replying. Yeah I've been using a heating pad which is nice after EC aswell.

Just spoke to clinic and they said my estrogen level is 2352 which is good. I have absolutely no idea what that means in relation to anything...

I never had those levels checked. I'm sure that means those follies will have a growth spurt! 💪🏻🤗

When I went for my first stimm scan I had lots of follicles but they were on the small side, I had my meds doubled and by my next scan they were the right size x

You'll be surprised about how quickly they can grow in a couple of days. Our first cycle was the same, 1st scan showed follicles about 7-10mm and the 2nd scan 3 days later and they were grown ready for EC! Don't panic, just keep doing what you're doing x

Thanks. I'm sat with a heating pad on as I type. Usually I just do it at night but thought extra time won't hurt. : ) x
