I've just had day 15 stims scan and have a mix of follicle sizes i'm concerned the small ones are too small and the large ones too big. I'm triggering tonight, egg collection Friday.
Right: 24, 15
Left: 13, 15, 15, 19, 22
Is 24mm too big and over mature. Will the 13 and 15mm be too small?
Has anyone had success with similar sizes?

From all my cycles, there was always a lead follicle which was always much larger than the rest which is how nature intended it to be.
I do remember one of my cycles having similar sizes just before the trigger shot. I would not worry about the lead follicle. I am pretty sure that I read somewhere that eggs between 12mm and 19mm on the day of the trigger were most likely to result in mature eggs.
When they are retrieved and you are told the number, you never know which ones will fertilise so just go with the flow. The consultants know when the optimum time is.
These look similar to mine on my two collections, although I think I had one or two lead follicles that were a big bigger by the final scans - I was warned that the bigger ones might become cysts or that the smaller ones may not catch-up, but both times we got eggs from all the follicles. So based on that, they look good. Best of luck 🍀
I’ve been told a min 14/15mm, max 25mm to trigger. Anything over 14mm should have a mature egg (if the follicle isn’t empty). Looks good to me when a possible 7 eggs there 🤞
