Day 7 scan on stims still 3 follies

So I had my day 7 scan on stims, they can see only 3 follicules growing on my right and nothing on left. They have concluded that I have low ovarian reserve ( though have not tested my AMH level). They have increased my dose to 375 to give better chance to these 3 I have. Feeling defeated and lost.

hi, don't give up hope! I was slow to respond to gonal f and my dose was increased twice. I ended up with 4 follicles and 4 eggs, 3 fertilised, 2 transferred and got a BFP. Quality over quantity!xx

Hi Mupcake- I have just been reading your story above and today I am in a similar boat- although I only have one small follicle after 7 days on Gonal F- feel pretty lost and sad today, I hope your story had a happy ending?

Do not give up hope. That's three chances right there. We go for quality over quantity in this game. I had 8 follicles, 5 collected, 3 mature. All of the three fertilised and went to blast. Hang in there x

To be true I was going through your journey a day before and it really gave me huge hopes. After the scan when I came to know that I just have 3 follies no other than your story came to my mind. Glad I can help. It's a hard time at the height of medication and alot of pressure to perform. With the increased stims hopefully those three are high quality and will pull through x

I had the same as you, my menopur was upped from 150 to 300, now 3 days later 3 more follicles have grown so now I have 6. So please try hang in there. Are you taking menopur? X

Thanks love for replying. I am on Gonal F and it has been upped twice.After my day 5 scan it was increased from 150 to 275 and from day 7 scan I m taking 375ui. My left ovary has not participated at all. Do you know your AMH levels?

I had blood tests too as I was not responding well which lead them to my increase, as my hormone level was low too. Have you got another scan? Xx

Yes,my next scan will be on Monday that is after 10 days of stimulation. They have not done any blood test on me.
