No AF.. help!!!

I had my blood test yesterday and recieved a call from my clinic to tell me its negative and stop using pessaries let yourself bleed.. i took last pessary yesterday at 6:20 AM still no bleeding no PMS.. why am i not bleeding can anyone tell??

It could take some time, I didn't bleed until 2 weeks after my first unsuccessful FET x
