Cyclones pessaries timings ⏰

Hi ladies

Question for those who have taken the pessaries, do you need to do them 12 hours of each one or do the timings not really matter? Also how long do they take to dissolve, will I need to lay down for a bit after?

I have to take 2, one in the morn and one in the eve starting tomorrow.

Hi there, I believe it's 12 hours apart. I heard on this forum they take 20 mins to be absorbed. Any leakage is just the outer coating and doesn't mean the 'good stuff' has come out. Good luck xx

Yeah - the thin bodyform ones just soak through, a thicker one is better. If you put them up your bum (sorry!) no leakage but they made me a bit rumbly! X

Oh the poor old 'front door'. Gone are the days of a bit of nice sex and romance. No, it's all stirrups, speculums, dr's peering in, catheters, and so on and so on. X

I am on 4 a day so I just try and spread them out as much as possible. About 5 hrs or so in between. xx

I do 3 a day,

7:30 1:30 7:30

Some times it's an hour later I was just told to take them morning lunch and evening. Xx

I used 3 a day.. i dont do it on the same time everyday but try to keep it between 7 to 8 hours..

My clinic guidance is morning and night I normally do 1 around 7, 1 at 11 at night. Definitely doesn't have to be 12 hours apart. Just ensure your body gets the extra progesterone. I did this on my first cycle and had a healthy boy & im 8 weeks pregnant with no 2. So don't stress over times work it to suit xx
