Question about follicles

My daughter started her injections a week yesterday ago. She is on a short protocol. Yesterday she had a scan and her biggest follicle was 10mm. She is having another scan in the morning. How much more will follicles have grown in 2 days??

Hi teeny1966. I was the same at my first scan - all measuring 10/11mm. I wasn't scanned again until 5 days later and they'd grown between 5-7mm. I didn't respond particularly well or quickly though so others might be able to give more accurate info. Wishing your daughter well with her cycle x

Thank you. They said they may 'up' the dosage of her injections. I guess it will depend on the scan tomorrow. I never realised how complex IVF, (or ICSI which is what my daughter is having) actually is.

Mine were under 10 then after 3 extra days on meds 18 to 22 tell her to drink water and relax and don't overdo it xx
