Got my prostap injection today 👍 Start self injections Friday night, any suggestions as to help follicles grow? I have herd a hot water bottle, and lots of milk and protein? Is this correct? Any tips would be much appreciated ❤🌈💋

On both my previous 2 cycles iv always made a heap of follicles but at same time have also has ohss 😨. Not sure what or if it played a part but i was always partial to a nice long soak in nice warm bath and always had hot water bottle to ease tummy. Drank lots of milk and ate a lot of protein.
