I don't think you can truly forget what's gone especially when it's been full of sorrow because it's part of your life's journey. But I do think you can appreciate the strength of character it brings and the drive to continue to move forward. I see all of these things on your posts. You are strong and your tough times have made you stronger even if you don't feel it. x

Your right I know that we will never forgot I'm just a bit lost for words with it all at the moment and it really helps me to focus and get through the day reading these messages and knowing that I need to try and find a place where I can get some closure on the past. It's a tough old journey but like you say we have to be strong when we can. Xxx
