hi Ladies

my partner has a very low ext to nothing count and after researching like a mad women since my last appointment in January ive just orded Maca root tablets for men which is proven to help men fertility and as I already take what feels like 20 tablets a day ive got it in a powder form that I can drink with milk or add to smoothies just though id share this info and hope it helps someone this is month 16 or TTC we have another appointment 23rd may at Basildon with a fertility dr to see if my OH sperm has got better!
