Trouble Conceiving please help

Hi all, I'm new to this group and just need a little advice please.

Me and my other half have been trying for a baby for 4 years but still I can't seem to get pregnant. I have had all the routine tests and everything came back normal for both of us. We had a cycle of IVF which unfortunately failed. I am now taking Clomid every month on days 2-6 of my period (2 tablets a day of 50mg) which again doesn't seem to be working, I've been on clomid for 4 months now and have become so disheartened. Is there anything you can advise that I can do/take that will help?

Hi beauty1984. So sorry to hear that you have been trying to conceive for so long and that your IVF cycled failed. Just wanted to wish you well with the rest of your Clomid cycles and let's hope that one of the cycles works. If not, then it will be back to the drawing board to decide how further to proceed. If you haven't already had one, then it might be worth asking to have a hysteroscopy (womb x-ray) just in case there is any imperfection that may need to be sorted out (e.g. fibroid) before continuing. I do hope that all is sorted out, or one of your Clomid cycles becomes positive. Good luck! Diane

Aw hi please don't ever give up keep on to your dr and get all tests necessary so like Diane said maybe request more in depth tests, have you had laparoscopy? My bloods were all ok only real problems lied inside so laparoscopy diagnosed my issues xx

As far as I'm aware I have had all the tests that I can unless you can advise of any. I originally had a blood test to see if I was ovulating which came back normal. I've had a pelvic ultra sound and a HSG. The HSG showed that my right tube was blocked but I have since had a laparoscopy to unblock it which was successful. All my tests are normal and my other half was tested too and his swimmers are normal too. I am currently on clomid until June and then we go back to the hospital to talk about our options. I'm not sure what else I can do, I'm at loss because the data says everything is normal but how can it be if I still can't conceive? I try to stay positive but it's difficult. X
