Hi

I'm only just over 4 weeks pregnant and Iv had endo pains pretty much since transfer. It's worrying because I'm so early on I'm so scared these pains will end up being a MC! But I'm trying to not think like that and just put it down to endo. Hope it all settles down for you soon x

Good Morning,

Firstly congratulations on being pregnant, I have Endo and get very similar pains to that which I had when I had my period, I am just over 4 months following IVF and so far everything has been well so I think it's just one of those things, I like to think of it as a reminder things are working 😊

Xx

Hi

I have had a few twinges on my left and right ever since EC. Its weird because I don't have a left ovary (!) but a scan showed up an endo patch or a bit of remaining ovary on the left. I put it down to the ovaries getting stimmed and producing all those follicles that then produce oestrogen that then flare the endo up. My theory is now we've stopped producing oestrogen and are taking progesterone it should start to calm down. Although I have come to my own conclusion on this because my clinic said nothing about my endo throughout the whole ivf cycle.

I thought cause I have Endo in my womb and adhesions on pouch of Douglas that was removed two years ago I always get the pain to left side but hospital said I won't get a scan till I'm three months thought id be giving a early scan but I guess not when is your baby due xx

Oh was it not an IVF pregnancy? Sorry I just assumed.

I only just peed on a stick yesterday so to say the P (pregnant) or B (baby) words still seems very odd. Just going one hurdle at a time with the next one being a 6 week scan to check for the heartbeat on the 12th April.
