Had one embryo transferred on Saturday. Woke up Sunday morning with bad neck and shoulder pain. I have had similar pain before and went to a chiropractor for treatment which really helped. Do you think it will effect implantation if I go to see the chiropractor again so soon after transfer?
I'm in agony and it's interrupting my sleep and making me moody. I have tried hot water bottle/heat pack and cold packs but doesn't seem to be getting any better. Really don't want to jeopardise our chances so do I just put up with the pain. This is our last cycle and we do not have any frozen embryos to fall back on. Don't know what to do. Any advice? Xx
I would also speak with the clinic, one because shoulder tip pain is linked to ectopic pregnancies as SharonT16 has said (and I pray it's not that) but the clinic will advise if it is safe for you.
Not good to be in so much pain, bless you xxx
Thank you both. The pain is starting in my neck and shooting into my shoulder. Seen my acupuncturist today who has helped with the pain thankfully! Xx
Thanks! It's the first cycle I have had since starting acupuncture in the summer and I feel it has helped. Don't necessarily think it has relaxed me but she has offered lots of advice, particularly post transfer, that neither of the clinics I went to have given me xx
