EC done & no where near as bad as I thought! 😊

So that's me home after EC this morning in at 845am home by midday so good going I thought. I was a bit anxious about the EC but it was totally fine & I was really relaxed. Fiancee did his sperm sample which was good & I got 19 eggs!! Yay!! Just the wait till tomorrow to see if they've taken x

Only just at the beginning myself, injection number one completed this morning so it's good to hear your positive experiences a few weeks ahead!

The injections get loads easier as you go along aswell which is good I'll know tomorrow what my little eggs have been doing overnight, just got a dull ache pain in my lower tummy but told to drink lots of water and rest for 2 days now- hope all goes well with your cycle keep us up to date xx

Sorry, quick question! Were you advised to use a hot water bottle to help follicle growth? I've seen it in a few places online but it's never been mentioned to me x

It was never mentioned to me by my clinic but I had read it so I used one every night for an hour or so after my injections (I did mine each night) and I also heard milk was good for follicle growth too and I love milk so I was drinking that throughout. I also started acupuncture around 3 months ago too. I don't know if any of this helped or not but it was worth a go I thought xx

They say it's good to visualise them and send them positive thoughts to fertilise and develop.
